SANITEC SB10 Cove trim

SANITEC SB10 is a hygienic anodised cove shaped profile, suitable for the food industry, public places and environments subject to frequent cleaning (hospitals). The profile is applied before laying the floor and wall covering, perfectly integrated into the wall. For tile thicknesses up to 4.5 mm it is used alone while for larger thicknesses it is combined with the Trimtec TR and Kerajolly KJ profiles. Thanks to the particular radius of curvature and the resistance characteristics of the material used, it guarantees hygiene and cleanliness in the internal corners between walls or between the wall and the floor. Therefore ideal in public environments because it complies with the regulations.

SANITEC SB-IL stainless steel cove-shaped profiles are easy to clean and designed to comply with hygiene standards for public spaces subjected to sanitary inspection such as hospitals, food processing plants and public bathrooms. This transition profile is installed on site; the wall and floor coverings are then laid flush onto the lip on the profile.

Normally produced with a semi-gloss finish, a brushed finish can also be achieved by partially removing material using rotating nylon and quartz fiber brushes. This process gives the surface a matte appearance without altering its characteristics.

This steel belongs to the AUSTENITIC category and is the most widespread and commonly used alloy for products requiring high technical and performance characteristics. It is highly resistant to most chemical agents but may stain or darken superficially; a standard polishing product is sufficient to restore its original appearance.

PVC RESINTOP Rigid thermoplastic synthetic resin: This material is specifically formulated to optimize the performance of rigid profiles intended for permanent indoor and outdoor applications, where both aesthetic and durability requirements must be met.
